Wiring According to the 2014 National Electrical Code

Educational and entertaining CE courses for the absolute lowest price. All of our courses provide the fourteen (14) hours of continuing education required for license renewal. We report your CEU’s to the state for you within seventy-two (72) hours of course completion.

The current license cycle ends August 31st, 2016. All continuing education hours must be completed prior to this date to be eligible for license renewal.

  • How many hours of Continuing Education am I required to complete?

    Each license holder is required to complete fourteen (14) hours of continuing education every two(2) years.

  • What topic is the course supposed to cover?

    Of the fourteen (14) hours, seven (7) hours must cover technical subjects, one (1) hour must cover workers’ compensation, one (1) hour must cover workplace safety, one (1) must cover business practices, one (1) hour must cover Florida Building Code, and one (1) hour must cover Florida Laws & Rules.

  • What about the remaining 2 hours?

    For certified and registered alarm contractors, and certified electrical contractors who preform alarm work, the remaining two (2) hours must cover false alarm prevention.
    If you are not a certified, registered alarm contractor, or a certified electrical contractor, the remaining two (2) hours can be on general subjects.
