  • How many hours of Continuing Education am I required to complete?

    Each license holder is required to complete thirty-two (32) hours of continuing education every three (3) years.

  • How do I receive my Continuing Education hours?

    all thirty-two (32) hours of continuing education must come from an educational provider or from a state or federally approved apprenticeship program.
    Each license holder must certify that he or she has worked in the industry two-thousand (2,000) hours within the previous three years.

  • What if my license expires before i complete all thirty-two (32) hours?

    If your license expires before completing the required thirty-two (32) hours of continuing education, you will be required to retake the certification examination.
