What should I study before class?

Familiarize yourself with the NEC. Read the table of contents and flip through the code book. Don’t worry about becoming a “code expert” before class. We will teach you what you need to know and give you the resources to be successful.

Why should I take this class instead of your competitor’s?

Passing the required exams is a difficult task. We have decades of experience teaching electrical exam preparation classes and will provided you with the support you need after you leave the classroom. Licensing Board

The city of Pittsburgh requires an electrical trade license to perform electrical work in the city. You can find the licensing board with a lot of great information by CLICKING HERE.

License Requirements

A copy of proof of passing the certified standardized test.
A resume or documentation establishing a minimum of six (6) years of a combination of experience and education.
Non-Expired Government Issued Photo ID

The exam you want to take is the The National Standard Master Electrician Exam – T16 through the ICC/Pearson Vue testing center.

Included with this class you will receive an account on our website with all of our online study material for a year. this includes over a 1,000 practice questions specific to your exam. Study guides. 12 hours of extra videos. Recordings of several of our past classes you can go back and listen to anytime. Copies of the presentation we go over in class. Your instructor also gives you his contact info, so if you have any questions after class, Daniel and our team are there to guide you along the way through the whole process. We are here to help you pass that exam and get that license. We give you all the tools and materials you need inside and outside of class to help you do that.
