  • How many hours of Continuing Education am I required to complete?

    Each license holder is required to complete thirty-four (34) hours of continuing education every three(3) years.

  • What topic is the course supposed to cover?

    A ten(10)-Hour course of study relating to the most recent edition of the National Electrical Code. Nine(9) hours of which shall pertain to the code and one(1) hour of which shall pertain to applicable state statutes and regulations.
    The remaining twenty-four(24) hours of instruction shall be covered by a topic approved by the Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors.
